The showing is located at sea level at the north end of Treat Bay on Kunghit Island. It has been staked several times.

An irregular metasomatic skarn body occurs at the contact between basalts of the Upper Triassic Vancouver Group, Karmutsen Formation and limestone of the Upper Triassic Sadler Formation (Kunga Group).

Mineralization consists of massive and disseminated magnetite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, malachite and chalcopyrite.
